- Removed the "lower others" mode, the only mode available now is blink
- Removed all the options that only made sense for the "lower others" mode (mainly, the "never fade out" options)
- Added support for colors (to use it, enable the health bar color indicator and enable the emphasize status on it)
- Added per module priorities - they weren't needed before since all the emphasizes looked the same, but with the addition of colors they can now differ and therefore a priority system is required
