About Guild Donation Helper

Guild Donation Helper

Catch money to the guild bank from this sources:

  • Receive one email with money
  • Commerce with merchants.
  • Obtain money from mob
  • Obtain money from quest
  • Guild list showing who is using the addon with your quotes and taxes.
  • Autosync data beetween guild members

Credit System

If your guild allow take money from guild bank to the members, the guild master can adjust one credit tax. the credit tax is added to the quota. When the player goes to the guild bank, one quota is payed in the bank. The payment percent can be adjusted by each member.

The credit tax percent is adjusted by the guild master writing gdhcredit:XX where XX is one number between 0 and 100. The default value is 5%.

Options:

  • /gdh ? : Main Menu
  • /gdh :Open the main interface
  • /gdh set :Sync with guild
  • /gdh get [playerName] : Get data from player
  • /gdh show: Show the miniwindow if was closed

In the main interface (options) you can sync the guild tax by press the button update.

The amount is donated (payed) when the char returns and open the guild bank.

The default tax is 5%, the GUILD MASTER can adjust the tax by write the tax in the daily guild message or the GuildInfo description. Only write gdhtax:X where X is a number between 0 to 100.

The addon can show who has installed the addon, (shows the actual tax, and quotes) using the comand /gdh.

The addon support English, Spanish and German localizations

    Will update the addon?

    There is an error in the addon associated whith Ace3: "AceComm:RegisterComm(prefix,method): prefix length is limited to 16".
    Variable CHANNELNAME contains too big string to form the prefix.

    How far away from an update that works in the current build are we?

    Is there a way to change what get taxed? Suppose I don't want money collected from loot to be tax, or money from vendor sales taxes. How do I turn those options off?

    This addon keeps donating money to the vault even if I haven't done anything except stand there and open the Vault. Is this suppose to always happen?
    I also do not see any place where you can choose options on what to donate except for Tax.

    Is there a way to make it so the tax window doesn't always show up on log in? I don't know if it's just me having that issue, but every time I log in, the tax window is displayed, even if I've hidden it when I log out.

    This is a great addon worthy of a donation when fixed.
    Just a suggestion if you can make a program for Guild Mail this would benefit greatly. There are a couple out there but updates have been discontinued.

    About Guild Donation, i need to know some issues with the api of wow that can be used with 4.0.1 version.

    Guild Mail is an addon that when you open the mail box in game and go to send, it sends to all guild members. Some addons have options to chose certain Guilders to send to by level or name. 1 addon had you type in "Guild" to the send box and an option box popped up for what level(s) you want to send to. Another add on had an option Tab in the Mailbox/ Send box and had an option box pop up with more choices, like level(s) or names.The addons are still here on Curse. One is called Guild Tithe and Donation Helper, another is called Guild Mail.

    The next step is the personalization of some parameters of collection of this addon.

    Control by the Guild manager: The manager set sources of collection (mail, quest, merchant etc).

    Control of Guild Character: Any can decide the sources of collection

    Both options will allow the adjust of donation percent by each source.

    This option configuration only can be adjusted by the guild manager.
