Can you make it so you can change the message? or change it to something like "I'm silenced for ___ seconds" instead of heal spells on CD so healers won't have to deal with stupid DPS that say "your rotation sucks if all your heal spells are off for ___ seconds".

My advice is that you shall give some configs, like customizing the Message string that player shouts, or even specify which channel to send.

for the love of the GODS! Please keep this add updated..you have just saved me endless amounts of accusatory grief from party members who complained of no heals when i was stunned or interrupted etc etc .. THANKS A MILLION!!!!!

This is a brilliant mod! However, is there a way to modify it so it reports to group/raid when you lose the ability to cast due to fear/silence/stun/polymorph, etc?

I was (am) considering this. However, those conditions have a debuff which others can see, whereas spell cooldowns do not.
