About iGear
Broker Plugin: iGear
iGear is an LDB plugin which shows your current equipment healthstate, repair costs and conflicts (e.g. missing gems).
Requires an LDB Display Addon, f.e. Chocolate Bar!
Highlights
- iGear scans for repair costs, missing gems, missing enchants and not equipped items.
- Scans your bags and your bank (if opened once) for repair costs. As of patch 5.1, scanning the bank for repair costs is broken due to Blizzard API changes. iGear simply tells you if there are items with lower durability on your bank.
- Calculates repair cost discount prizes depending on your faction standing.
- Interacting with a repair merchant is supported (e.g. auto-repair, auto-guild-repair).
Requests, Bug Reports and Localization
- Please use the Ticket System on CurseForge to report bugs, unintended behaviour, request for features, etc. I won't handle any kind of requests via comments on Curse anymore. Thanks.
- I refuse to translate my addons with translators like Google since it feels wrong. If you can provide localized strings, please use the CurseForge localization tool.

I have a request just wondering how hard it would be to add How much you paid to get repair in the chat panel. Repair cost.
It's really not hard and I can add it. Yepp.
thank you
Since you didn't enable the tickets section of the CurseForge project I hope that here is the correct place to report a bug:
If you change your equipment from a one-hand weapon and a shield to a two-hand weapon iGear shows the offhand as missing. Logging in with a two-hand weapon or reloading the UI shows it correctly, it's just the weapon switch that causes the issue.
I need to know which class you are playing and which spec caused this error :)
Is already fixed in the latest alpha package. Before I can release it I have to fix another bug - sometimes iGear cannot load every info about your gear when first logged in.
I had a similar issue occur as a warrior going from Arms spec to Prot and back to Arms. My offhand was listed as missing when I was sporting a 2H Axe in Arms going from Prot to Arms. I do not think that the off-hand enchant was initially listed as missing when I had logged in as Arms. I can go find out if you need more information.
Retribution Paladin.
Holy Paladin too, but in that case it might be good to show it as missing since there is no two-hand Paladin healing weapon.
For some unknown reason, i get an actual wow crash (error #132) when loading this addon and opening the bank on just one of my characters (checked on 9 others, they're fine), freaky right?
EDIT: Turned out to be a problem with a specific item (not igears fault, igear just seems to scan every item on bank opening which caused the crash). The crash occured regardless of addons loaded on a mousover, had to get a gm to delete the item :/, glad it was just an old fishing book.
That might sound a bit silly, but how do I open/enable the tooltip? Placing the mouse over the LDB icon/text doesn't show it (and also throws no Lua errors). Left mouse button also does nothing. Right mouse button opens the options menu. I'm using ChocolateBar as display addon.
Hi cremor,
that doesn't sound silly. Is your gear fully repaired, enchanted and gemmed? In this case, iGear has no tooltip. Please tell me if it also throws no tooltip if you need some repairs etc. You can also test it by unequipping an item.

Works now, thanks!
No, there was a bug which prevented iGear from displaying missing enchants. Simply get the new version. :)
Hm, that's a good reason :) It shows the missing gear if I unequip a piece.
But it doesn't show missing enchants. Is there a minimum item quality before missing enchants are shown? Because those items are green/blue ones (the char itself is level 85).
Hello fellow iGear users!
I'm proud to announce that iGear follows the completely rewrited iQueue and gets a complete overhaul! I'm excited about iGear is getting much better, more powerful, better, more powerful.... ininite loop here. :)
The Mists of Pandaria version kicks asses and I think I can pre-release it for Cataclysm, too!
