About iGuild

Broker Plugin: iGuild

iGuild is an LDB plugin which provides pre-layouted columns to display much infos about your guild members. You have the power to (re-)arrange these columns to that order you desire.

Requires an LDB Display Addon, f.e. Chocolate Bar!

Highlights

  • Create your own tooltip style: almost every column has styling options!
    • Display column label
    • Justification
    • Display icon
    • Color
  • iGuild is able to display the tradeskills (with current skill level) of your guild members.
  • Display additional guild infos on the plugin! These can be guild name, level and current exp.

Requests, Bug Reports and Localization

  • Please use the Ticket System on CurseForge to report bugs, unintended behaviour, request for features, etc. I won't handle any kind of requests via comments on Curse anymore. Thanks.
  • I refuse to translate my addons with translators like Google since it feels wrong. If you can provide localized strings, please use the CurseForge localization tool.

Bindings

  • Plugin
    • Left-click: opens the Guild frame
    • ALT+Left-click: invites new member to the guild (if you may invite)
    • Right-click: opens the options frame
  • Tooltip: Member Line
    • Left-click: whisper to a member
    • ALT+Left-click: invite a member into your group
  • Tooltip: Rank cell
    • ALT+Left-click: Promote (if you may promote)
    • ALT+Right-click: Demote (if you may demote)
  • Tooltip: Tradeskills cell
    • Left-click: opens Tradeskill one (left icon)
    • Right-click: opens Tradeskill two (right icon)

    People using remote guild chat seem to appear randomly in IGuild. Today I realized two of my guildies were online as we were talking on guild chat, but then I hovered over my broker and iGuild tooltip did not show them. I do remember that it used to show them before.

    Seems that I must disappoint you. iGuild uses a tooltip library, LibQTip (maybe you heard of it before), which is responsible for tooltip creation and displaying. iGuild just tells LibQTip whether or not to show a tooltip and what to display in the tip itself.

    If your tooltip is sometimes without any background color, this is LibQTips fault OR you modified your tooltip art files manually, which causes this weird behaviour. Sometimes, my tooltip background is blue instead of black. Also, LibQTip is often released with bugs and errors in the last time. I cannot do anything about it.

    When you mouse over it there it no back ground. its just clear. This makes it very hard to view when is being dropped down some times.

    P.s Im using Elvui. Ikd if their skinning is messing it up but it worked fine before the patch.

    Could you add a way to show people who are connected through the blizz mobile app, i can see then from the stock interface guild menu but they do not show in iGuild

    If there is a way to retrieve the item levels of your guild mates, iGuild does support it. But there is actually no way or at least no way of I know.

    Heya, I'm sorry. I accidently broke iLib, which iGuild needs to work. I fixed the iLib and re-packaged iGuild so as the error should have been vanished by now.

    And yeah, bug reporting is easier if you just open a Ticket on CurseForge (I added the link to iGuilds description). New tickets are instantly reported to my cellphone, comments not. One big pro of tickets is that you can follow the status - and I can ask questions to you if I need answers regarding to fix an error. :) You may simply want to login on CurseForge with your Curse.com account.

    EDIT: PATCH ON 12-6-2012 FIXED THIS ISSUE

    today's update 12/5/2012 has caused a sorting issue with using guild RANK as the option, the list is completely inverted with lowest rank being at the top of the list, is there some added option that needs to be turned on, can't find anything in it's options to order rank from highest to lowest or vice/versa... i'm probably blind however.

    Thanks in advance, best guild sorting databroker plugin there is :)

    Haha, never change a running system. I recently updated how ranks are treated internally which obviously caused this to happen. Thanks for your report :P
