Any chance we will see the Mysterious Camel Figurine Spawn points in Uldum added to the addon?
Probably not, I don't see myself working on LostTreasures other than bug fixes in the future.
Is there any way to force it to query the server? I just reinstalled after a new UI setup (ElvUI) and it's sending me to treasures I've already collected.
It actually queries the server upon each login, its probable the client just didn't recieve the data when you logged in (known issue). Try restartting your game and see if that fixes the issue. :)
It was suggested to me to get this as it has been helpful to others i know. I am unable to use this add. I have tried removing it from game then back again. I also have carbonite and ive disabled that to see if that was the issue but it was not. Still nothing comes up. And my tom tom is up to date..
Sorry I didn't get to you sooner.
Were you able to open the options pane? /lt
If you can get to the options pane, click the "Default" button to reset the addon to the settings when it was installed. If you are not able to get to the options pane, without seeing your screen I am not sure what would be causing this. I would suggest temporaily disabling all addons but LostTreasures and TomTom to see if that fixes the issue. Let me know if that doesn't fix it. Also keep in mind, I will get an email and reply faster if you use the ticket section of this addon or by sending me a pm on Curse/CurseForge.
Thanks.
Would there be any way to add pictures at each location, similar to how the addon Lorewalkers does? http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/lorewalkers
Hey!
I had actually considered this, but unless I could get a group of players to take screen shots of each object, I wouldn't even consider undergoing this task. I do not plan on collecting these on any more toons unless I just happen to stumble acrossed them :P
You should add this to WoW Matrix
On the recommendation of a guild member, I downloaded this addon. And I have to give a huge thank-you to looktokid and anyone else involved in its creation because it has saved me a LOT of time and annoyance searching for shinies over the past few days. I got 7 blue items and numerous greys in one hour, making huge headway with my achieves. Thanks again for the time and effort put into this addon.
Your welcome, and thank you! :)
Please keep the word going so others can benefiet from the addon as well!
Would it be possible to include a list function for all the ietms you have found with that character?
Each Item should flag a quest so you could check that with the questid
Hello,
I already have the system in place to check for the quest id (thats how the addon puts correct points around the map). I have considered adding in something similar to PetTracker where it would show the the remaining objects left in each zone. I have not taken the time to look into it and I am not sure I will be adding much more to this addon other than needed fixes as of this date. If you or someone else would like to help out, give me a pm and I'll be more than happy to here ya out.
Hi, great addon.. It helped me much to get some nice gear...
I would like to suggest to add pandaria rares to addon, just like treasures...
_NPCScan is actually well setup for finding only the ones you need for the achievements. I am not sure which option it is, but there is an option to only show monsters you have not found giving you this "check list" you are wanting. With _NPCScan.Overlay, it will give you a list for each zone color-coded to help you find them even more. After reading threw _NPCScan's code, it seems very apparent they have made the best addon for this purpose and it would be very foolish for one to try and compete with it. However, you could goto their page and ask them to add features to it as to improve upon the addon for you and other users.
Thanks again, looktokid.
