About MailTo Next
My wife loved MailTo's ability to right click on items... Now that is more-or-less gone, she whined me into coming up with alternatives.
This version adds a new window when you open mailbox, trade, auction house, that function as a condensed version of your inventory.
- IMPORTANT
Mailto has no way of determining the recipient of a mail is your alt or not, unless you have checked mail with that character (thus Mailto has their inbox record) at the time of sending mail.

when mailbox is open, left click in the mailable item to attach it to mail. right click in the mailable item to mail it to current recipient when trade is open, left click in the tradable item to add it to trade. right click in the tradable item to accept trade. when auction house is open, left click in the auctionable item to enter the name into auction search right click in the auctionable item to create auction. shift-left-click on item while chat is open will link the item shift-left-click on the item when chat is not open will split stack shift-right-click on the item will pick up the item. You can drop picked up item in the empty slot.

Sad to see this not updated by its author anymore. Hoping to see it picked up by another. As a heads up I need to mention 2 flaws with this version. First one is the command list mentioned above do not work. It simply says for each line,
MT: Undefined command, help
MT: Undefined command, ?
MT: Undefined command, ??
Next I use CT Mod. Yes its still actively maintained and been using it since vanilla WoW. This addon interferes with CT Mod's automatic opening of the (F12) inventory backpack when I am at a mailbox. I can manually open it however. Minor blemishs on a otherwise great addon.
I just updated the project licence to PD.
Hope someone will be able to pick it up.
Noticing errors when trying to loot or send Pet Cages. Also, Pet Cages not appearing on the mailable item windows. :(
They must have added new item type (or messed wth tooltip).
I no longer play WoW, please see the comment below.
Right clicking on items in my mail blocks the client now for 30 seconds, instead of putting them into my inventory. It was a great addon ...
I've been using it right along, including the right click to pick up mail, and I've been having no issues at all. I suggest you try disabling your other addons and see if MailTo really is the culprit. I suspect you've got another addon that's responsible for the problem you're seeing.
As I mentioned, I don't play WoW anymore.
But if anyone can propose a fix, I am happy to edit the code and post it.
Alternativly, feel free to clone this project and roll your own fixes.
(Additionally, you can curse at Bliz for making WoW so dumbed down to the point of me quitting
)
I don't know if Devilcat is still around or not, but as I use my mail rather heavily, I can't do without this little gem.
I found that by simply updating the TOC to 50001 for this on the 1.7.0 release (latest at this time), the addon has so far worked flawlessly. However, I don't use all functions of this addon, and I also use a fair few other addons that have recently been updated, so possibly they may have updated any libraries this may depend on as well, so YMMV if you want to try.
I still have account for WoW, but I don't actually play anymore.
As to ToC number, it should be fine w/o changing them as long as you load the 'outdated' add-on.
In my case, I still have a lot of 'outdated' addons that would then engage, and I'm already having enough trouble with the 'updated' ones. :)

Devilcat, Love the addon. Thanks so much. I've tried two or three different addons now but, I still come back to this one. It's simple and does what I need except for getting all the items from one piece of mail. Any chance on that being changed? I'm not sure whether or not it's against Blizz's terms as others have an Open All Button. Would love it if I didn't have to click on each item to receive it. Also, it would be nice if the addon would try to continue accepting mail so items that stack would still go into your bags even if they are full. Thanks, The Crue
