Description:

MSBT is designed to be an extremely lightweight, efficient, and highly configurable mod that makes it easier to see combat information by scrolling the information on the screen in separate, dynamically creatable scroll areas. It is a replacement for Blizzard's Floating Combat Text and Damage output.

Features:

  • Lightweight and efficient design.
  • Scroll incoming damage/heals, outgoing damage/heals, and notifications in separate configurable scroll areas on the playing field.
  • Display player and pet cooldown completion alerts.
  • Display loot alerts with a total of how many are now in inventory.
  • Add triggers that will allow you to show notifications based on a variety of conditions.
  • Assign a sound file to play for events/triggers.
  • Dynamically create new scroll areas and assign any event/trigger to them.
  • Customize the position, size, animation style, enabled state, font style, font size, font outline, and opacity for each of the scroll areas.

    [REQUEST!!!] - Floating Combat Text that is % of max health!

    im so tired of my screen looking like this:

    I got the idea when i was looking at my health bar which has both % health and the numerical health.
    I think that if instead of showing the number, mlk could somehow average it to the 1/1000th of the person getting hit's max health. So if you hit a target with 1323.85k health for 132385 (just to make things simple), instead of getting spammed with numbers, a simple 10.0% would just pop up in the same place. Another advantage to this would be a much easier understanding of "squishyness" in arena. Because of the simplicity of the % max health, you can physically see who you "hit harder" without having to do the calculations in your head

    I really would enjoy and use this if it would ever be implemented into mlk. I'm sure people would also find this way of measuring damage to be particularly appealing and it should quickly become popular. :)

    Is there a way to turn off thos Sticky Animations??? I dont want them, I do make many small hit to do my DPS and they just overspam everything else. I cant read anything.

    I tried to disable all the addons that I had, and just keep MSBT but even so the items do not show them to me in the notification window .. I do not know what to think ....
    maybe the patch? someone makes the same mistake?

    hello everyone, I have a problem with MSBT, does not make me see, the items that I take from the mobs, or when I go fishing, worked before, now with the new patch seems to have problems in the configuration of the addon (in section item looted) all the boxes are checked, I tried of all, to re-install the addon but nothing. Someone can help me pls (I use the client in Italian.) But I do not think that this is a problem.I use last verison Version: 5.7.129...

    There's a bug for shamans with the player cooldown Ascendance, even with the latest version 5.7.129.  MSBT says the Ascendance cooldown is ready when you use the Ascendance ability, instead of saying it's ready when the cooldown is up.

    So for some reason as a priest the dispel function of this addon is not quite working right, when i Dispel a target or Mass Dispel a target the function shows Dispels!(Dispels") or Mass Dispels!(Mass Dispels) it doesnt show me what I dispelled...

    Can you explain why there's no option to separate out small damage or your damage on multiple people? I think that combining AoE hits and smaller damage is one of the worst things you can do in a battle text, and the reason why I install this addon only to delete before even going out into battle because each time there's no feature to separate smaller numbers.

    If there's an option, please make it waaaay more obvious, and if there's not, there really should be one.

    Hello thanks for a great addon!

    I have a problem with the setup menu however. The 4 last options (spam control, cooldowns, loot alerts and skill icons) are either empty or just has a few lines of text.

    Im trying to disable money loot notafication and a notafication I get after i`ve spoken to npc`s (conversation starter now ready or something to that affect)
