About Mistra's Diablo Orbs
Mistra's Diablo Orbs
Mistra's Diablo Orbs provides the user with a clean, aesthetically pleasing, and functional center piece for monitoring player health and mana. The orbs are fully fleshed-out, with smooth animated fillings, and multiple textures.
This addon provides the following:
- Health and Mana Orbs - each with full custom user colorization and several textures to choose from.
- A Pet Orb - one compact unit to monitor pet health/mana, aesthetically matching the health and mana orbs.
- Power tracking - Monks, Shadow Priests, Paladins, Warlocks, Rogues, and Feral druids will have a power tracking frame that will animate whenever their resource is capped. (Holy Power, the various forms of Soul Shards, combo points, etc)
- Plethora of options - Users are able to pick their own colors and formatting whenever they want via a new, easy-to-use GUI.
- No third party libraries - This addon is usable from the get-go, out of the box, and looks good without requiring heavy configuration.
- Accessible author - I'm the same guy who made the oUF_D3Orbs_Lightweight addon, and I'm always available for thoughts on improvements, additions, and bug reports.

Q & A
- Q: How do I change my orb colors?
- A: There are a couple of ways for you to access the orb menu. You can type /mdo in the chat window and press Enter, or you can click on the Minimap Button.
- Q: How do I move things around?
- A: Simply hold shift, and click and drag any orb or frame around. You can move things to your heart's content!
- Q: Can I disable the Pet Orb, or any other element of the orbs?
- A: Yes, of course. The only elements you cannot disable are the Health and Mana orbs. Every additional frame is a user choice, and is up to you to use!
- Q: My health dropdown is acting funny, I can't seem to find the "Combat" option. What gives?
- A: Dropdowns are a tad finicky in WoW. While I look into this issue, you can get around it by simply selecting the "Mana Orb" option, and then re-selecting "Health Orb." It'll show up!

its a new version of pvpness like dbm pvp timers / flag status and more. i've been helping the author beta test, my suggestions was auto release in bg / auto leave bg with a suspended timer you can use a slider so if u wanna like have a choice to use soul stone or ank, or if you wanna check the score board for a few seconds before auto leaving. anyways enjoy. i'll ttyl
Been using this for about a week now, think I'm going to stick with it. It's nice to have something other than bars. My only 2 issues with it is; the known bug, when the color doesn't properly work when taking damage/using mana (generally after changing specs). /reload works, but it's a pain, having to do it a couple times a day. The other issue is with the swirl effect. I love the actual effects, but they override the whole orb, so when you lose health, the orb is still completley lit up. But I can understand why that wouldn't work.
Overall, realy happy with this addon, didn't take long for my eyes to adjust to such a dramatic change.
I like your addon alot but there are a few things that could be added to make it fully functional.
1: Icons to display when you are resting at an inn.
2: Icons to display when you are the leader of a raid or party or instance group.
3: Add UI options to display your portrait somehow. Possibly in your health/mana globe or near one. "I consider this optional"
4: A cleaner and more graphically attractive method of displaying secondary energy sources. Such as holy power, demonic power, soul shards, burning embers. And monk brewmaster stagger level.
5: Some form of a target frame - I can't see a Diablo orb style frame working with this, but we need a target frame that we can move around and customize to be relevent with the functionality this mod already provides.
This frame should have UI options to display targets class color, general buffs/debuffs, resource pool. Along with a target's target frame with the same UI options.

I've got problem with this addon. My mana and health are always full. Only numbers falling down, but not graphic of orbs. Please help
I will jump on the PTR and see what's going on, you're the second person who's mentioned this.
*Edit: PTR is not up currently. Will you please try turning off all other addons and see if the issue persists?
Okay! If you figure out which one is causing you issues, let me know! I'll compare the addons and see what's causing a fuss with this one.
It works. I only enabled Bartender and everything works great. So we need to find out wich addon is bugging yours. I have so many of them:D
Does this addon show Lunar and Solal Eclipse for Moonkins?
No, it does not. Try BalancePowerTracker here on Curse.
I am having an issue being able to select myself when clicking on either of the two Orbs... If I slowly move my curser over the Orb, it will eventually catch the right position and select myself correctly. Any suggestions???
Hmm, that is odd behavior. They are set up to capture mouse-over events and are tied to selecting your character. I'll try and duplicate your issue and see what's going on.
