About MountViewer - 3d Mount and Pet Models

Simply hold down ctrl and left click any item link or spell link associated with a mount/minipet to see a 3d model of it.

Works with AtlasLoot too :)

    Nice addon, but unfortunately, many do not work.

    I was going through trying many at random trying to see if there was a pattern, for example, maybe only cata mounts don't show, but that's not the case.

    I cannot tell why some work and some do not.

    Are you going to get them all working?

    Hi, i have a question - if i want to add mount or pet, first number is wowhead one, but what number after "=" means?

    I'm searching for an addon like this, but i want to see my character mounted.
    Is that possible? Can you add an option for it?

    I have been playing around with CollectMe and MountViewer for the last few days trying to fill in gaps in the data. I am wondering what tools are best for finding npc id info. Is there a way to get to that in wowmodelviewer? Wowhead's info seems to mostly not work at this point. Is it just that the database is in flux with the release of cataclysm? Anyway. Like the mod and would love to lend a hand if you have any projects that need it.

    Wowhead was the best place I could find for a decent supply of display IDs due to their "View in 3d" feature.

    I don't know how wowmodelviewer works, so I can't tell you if that would be any use.

    i know a 3-4 addons with source to preview models (but idea of addons its not like make U) so its real make for previous 3.3.5
    i play on private servers

    I'm a little confused by your comment. MountViewer was made at the time of 4.0.1, so why do you need it for 3.3.5?

    Anyway, this addon couldn't be made in previous versions as there was a function added in 4.0.1 that is required to show the 3d models.
