What is _NPCScan.AutoAdd?
_NPCScan.AutoAdd is a plugin for _NPCScan by Saiket. The purpose of this plugin is to with ease add and alert you about new rare NPCs, that's not already in your database.
Found NPCs will be shared between all your characters.
Adds a small timer under the NPCScan button, telling you how long ago the rare was encountered (if you were AFK).
How do I use it?
Install
Simply install the addon as any other addon. Make sure that you have _NPCScan installed.
Usage
Upon targeting or mouseovering a rare npc in the gameworld you will be notified with the same alert as in _NPCScan, and the rare will be added to your custom list. In order for the rare to be shown again you will have to go throught the regular Cache-deleting procedure as explained here: _NPCScan

I love this :D thank you! I just stopped by to see if it was working in the new patch. Many of my addons are still getting the wrinkles ironed out so I don't have all of them enabled yet.
& as previously mentioned by SargonStarblade & Shenj a couple of tweaks would make it more perfect :D
If I get some free time soon I will try to update this for 5.0.4. But unless _NPCScan is changed alot AutoAdd will still be working, just load out of date.

Great Addon but with a flaw,
NPCScan has Frostbitten/Bloody Rare achievement group, NPCScan.AutoAdd does not take them into account so once you come across an rare thats under these groups it will add it under Custom even though npcscan already seaerches for it, hopefully this can be fixed.
i agree with SargonStarblade that the custom one's should be added to the global custom database so it will warn you for your other chars before you ever seen it :) , like with some low lv cata rare's that arent in the main database ^^ , any help from you or Saiket would be apreciated
I downloaded this a couple of days ago and I have to say I love it!
I do not know if it is possible but it would be great to be able to have all characters share their rare list right now each character has to find all the mobs I found on on their own.
