About OmniCC

Doing pet battles? Check out my latest addon, PetTracker!

Overview

OmniCC is an addon that adds text to items, spell and abilities that are on cooldown to indicate when they will be ready to use. In other words: it turns all the standard analogue cooldowns into digital ones.

Anything should work with OmniCC, from the action bars to the inventory, from the standard interface to your favorite add-on.

Terribly sorry for being unclear, shouldn't do these things when tired :)
OmniCC does appear handling my buff timers 95% of the time, and messing with OmniCC's settings such as fonts and blacklists does not seem to have any effect, the timers still occasionally disappear without any logic or special situations. I've disabled X-Perl's own bufftimer a long time ago and allowed OmniCC to take care of everything, but this issue about timers disappearing has only recently emerged :o
X-Perl does function alright without OmniCC, but it really pales in comparison when it comes to awesomeness of OmniCC
  • #1609
Okay, so you want to enable OmniCC for XPerl:
    * Turn off the blacklist if its enabled.
    * Set the minimum font size slider to 2

    Bacon is a cheese.

  • #1613
That seem to have done it, cheers for the help and the awesome addon :)
  • #1599
I welcome the new OmniCC change where it would stick a timer on all frames unless you disable it, I however have some problems disabling it on certain frames.

Some frame names, such as buff/debuff modules on Grid or Tiptac, are named "table:" followed by some hex numbers which are different for each unit. I want to disable showing timer on those frames all together but would hate to have to disable it unit by unit. Any way to fix that?
  • #1604
Yep, these aren't handled by the current system, since they're nameless frames. OmniCC 4 will kindof handle this:
    * In 4 cooldowns are assigned groups based on name. If something does not have a name, then it defaults to the base group, which you can disable cooldown text 4.

    Bacon is a cheese.

  • #1612
Any chance to add in a quick fix option so that it only display cooldown on buttons like before? Or do I have to revert?
  • #1614
Well the thing is, OmniCC has _always_ displayed on stuff unless you adjusted settings to disable it :P

To hide grid right now, you need to mess around with the minimum font size slider (increase it to hide more stuff, decrease to hide less).

    Bacon is a cheese.

  • #1610
I don't get it. How can I disable OmniCC for Grid? Please, post step by step instruction, if it's possible.
Right now OmniCC messes with Grid's "important buff/debuff" indicators, making them almost useless.
  • #1615
More or less, you need to just follow the steps in the faq.

    Bacon is a cheese.

  • #1598
My omnicc addon has seemed to disappear from my screen is there a way to recenter it ..its like it got dragged off to the side and now cant see
  • #1605
Do you mean the options menu? If so, then that's an issue caused by another addon you're using.

    Bacon is a cheese.

  • #1593
my debuffs as flame shock does not show timers anymore on Shadowed Unit Frames is there any setting i need to change to get timers on it again?
  • #1594
okay i got the timers back but it shows timers on all debuffs my enemys havecan i disable that?
  • #1600
You'll have to play around with the blacklist.

    Bacon is a cheese.

  • #1591
Ok... I have tried everything that was suggested in "http://github.com/Tuller/OmniCC/wiki/General-FAQ" to no avail. I can either see timers on everything (party buffs, buffs on targets) or nothing. Where do I find that "FrameStack" thingy?
