About OneSpiritResWarning
Description
I don't know about you, but when I want to resurrect at the Spirit Healer, I don't want to be asked twice. This addon will remove the second confirmation dialog.

Slash Commands
- /oneres toggle
- Turn OneSpiritResWarning on/off.
- /oneres confirm
- Turn the one warning on/off.
Optional Dependency
- EGLoader
- Makes OneSpiritResWarning load on demand (when CONFIRM_XP_LOSS fires).
