Nice project ... I have Opie installed but use it very little ... I think I'd use it more if you get this sorted out as I'm always carrying loads of junk food around in multiple stacks. Do you think you could set it to bring up the ring automatically when the buff expires? Especially with the 15 min buffs at lower levels I find that you eat once, at the start of an instance, and then forget to refresh.

Thats a good idea, but I don't believe OPie has the ability to track buffs at this time. Might I suggest http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/powerauras-classic.aspx or http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/tellmewhen.aspx, 2 great addons that notify you about a multitude of different things.

How about a ring that lists mana potions for mana classes, Thistle Tea for rogues and druids i cat form and, rage potions for warriors and druids in bear forms? If a druid changing forms in combat would wreck havoc with that, then list all for druids.

I am planning on creating a 'drink' version of this addon, but really I just needed a quick way to see what 'Well Fed' items I had left over in my bags from cooking. As far as the mana pots/thistle tea idea, its not bad but very specific. Maybe when I implement a config page I can allow custom additions to the dynamic list. Thanks for commenting.

Not a bad idea, but let me simplify it for you. Make a list of all foodstuff, weed out those without buffs, set the show only when in bags flag on each items, and you are done.

You may want to think about sorting the list so the best buffs come first, and perhaps even so the smallest stack is listed first if there are similar items.
