About PerfMon
PerfMon is a lightweight FPS/Latency display. It is designed for those who prefer to hide the main blizzard bar but want a way to check on their system performance. In an effort to provide the most accurate information possible and to minimize overhead, the display is textual only.

0-10 Red
10-30 Yellow
30+ Green
Latency
0-400 Green
400-800 Yellow
800+ Red
