About PitBull_Brutallus
Alters the color of the health bar on a PitBull unit frame based on the damage Burn is doing during the Brutallus encounter. Includes the number of Meteor Slashes in the damage calculation and comes up with a color between a light orange and red based on damage. Makes it easier to know how much healing to apply to Burn victims.

- So setting the timestamp from UNIT_AURA was a bad idea. Just use
UNIT_AURA to cleanup Burns that are removed out of range.

- TOC update adding version info and removing a duplicate line.
- Clear the burn table on enable to avoid stale cached data.
- Watch UNIT_AURA to pickup Burns removed out or range (e.g.
someone hearthing to Shatt with it and the game removing it).
- Avoid testing for debug state constantly and only do it at startup.
