About Player XP Bar

This addon adds a little XP Bar under your portrait. XP is shown in percentage, you see when you have rested XP (show "(+xxx)" in the bar) and the bar has the same colors as the original XP bar (purple for normal xp and blue for rested xp). When you rollover the bar, you see details about your XP and XP to go (numeric & percent values).

You can set some options : hide/show the XP bar, hide/show the 'XP' text, show normal XP or remaining XP, show numeric or percent XP, set Auto Remaining XP when you've reached 10%.

You can use shift + left click on the bar to write in the chat dialog box your Current XP ; shift + right click write your XP to Go.

The default position is directly underneath the mana bar on the Player Frame. You can drag the frame around by holding the control key.

To show the options menu, type /xpbar in a chat dialog box or you can bind a key in the Key Bindings Menu.

To reset the frame position to the default location, type /xpbar reset.

    A idea for the bar would be to rotate it and place it at the end

    Could you add an option to automatically hide the xp bar once you are xp capped?

    Fantastic little addon. Just what I needed to compensate BarTender's scaling options. Would be perfect if there were a Reputation option.

    i agree with Xaromir about rep once max level is reached. Also would be nice if there was a alternate version for people with pets. Current version doesn't display well with a player with a pet.

    I would love it to switch to reputation once the cap is reached,
    or if it could be be parted into 2 sections or so.
    I really like this small addon otherwise.

    Got this error today after downloading and logging onto my lvl 80 Mage.

    The bar says "done" with the bar being drawn over my water elemental pet window but the frame for the bar being drawn under it.

    Hope it isn't too terrible thing to fix. Thanks!

    Thank you kindly for updating your addon again and taking a interest in it again

    It is such a great little addon it is I have linked the xp on some of my 80's and alot find it funny that I am a certain way though to level 81....LMAO

    As I explained to u that my wife and I use it togeather as I want to know how far she is to level


    Also a feature to add to it is maybe make it lock to the portrait frame so u can then move all of it around

    First of all, thanks for a nice addon. I have been searching for a lightweight addon like this for a long time and you have done a very good job! That said I'm having some trouble with the mouse-over part of the addon. No matter where i place it it seems to toggle the tooltip when my mouse runs over, even when I got my bag/portrait/other addons open in front of it. Is it possible to add a feature to turn the tooltip part off? A minor thing, I realy only need it as the bar that shows %, would it be possible to hide the rested exp part? Thanks in advance and keep up the good work!

    Hold down the control key. I rewrote most of the UI to make it work a lot better.

    Might have to check out your hunter addon now as I have a level 64 hunter

    Any chance to add more things to this addon

    Probably not unless they're really easy. I didn't write the original one, just updated it for some patch long ago. And as you can see I haven't done anything til now in over a year.

    The toc file hasn't been updated in a long time, but the addon still works. Just check 'Use out of date addons'.
