this needs to be updated for 4.3 the buyout portion of the addon isn't working have tried it as the only mod and still isn't calculating the numbers

Aware of this issue myself, havn't had time for a fix yet. Hopefully it will be soon though.

It was a bit weird. Theres some strange thing they changed in 4.3 which caused it to not work for buyouts. v1.4 should bypass the issue and it seems to be working for me.

alright as long as you know. kind of baffled me though that the bid portion of the addon still worked but the buy out didn't

I figured out how to make this addon work with 4.0.1. It initally never showed the bid / buyout in the AH window (just nothing was displayed). I forwarded my findings to the author and he said he was working on making it compatible, but for those of you who really want to use the addon before the update all you need to do is:

Change the OnEvent() function to OnEvent(self, event, ...)

You can also update the toc file to version 40000 (I believe that's it), so it won't be marked as out of date. Again, expect an update from the author soon, this is what fixed it for me.

Was a wonderful addon until patch 4.01. As of currently all text commands receive and respond properly but no data shows up on the bottom of the window pane.

Please toss a fix if you can. Currently in use with Auctioneer Suit 5.9 beta. Will go back and try it with original Blizzard UI to see it it fails there as well.

Great addon. I've found it very useful in maximizing my profit.

One question - Is there a write-up about how to use it? It is explained well in game, but there are a few features I can't figure out.

Thanks for writing a great addon.

Great addon, but it causes errors regarding LibCallbackHandler when used with Gladius (thus, probably other addons as well.) I can try and get the complete error message soon.

I have installed Gladius, posted an auction, went to autions tab and it is working fine with no errors. It would be a big help for you to post the complete error message please.

    Hi,

This is a great addon, very usefull!

I have a suggestion for you, i was wondering if u can add the function
that adds up all bids and buyouts that are currently sold.

You have to wait 60 minutes for the money, so if u sell a lot in the ah it is very intresting i think.

    Thanks for the good work!

    Greetings Ray

I don't think there is a "API" for this. That means it is impossible to do this until blizzard update the .lua coding for addons.
  • #2
I was wondering if it`s possible to add the same bid system to the bids, so you can know how much you have bid for without using a calculator.
I also think its an awesome addone xD

That's a good idea. I will look into it. Also, sorry about the time it took me to respond, was away for 2 weeks and did not check before I went.
    Thanks too :)

I like this addon, thanks for the work!

I have a suggestion though: Change it to not recalculate unless the Auctions tab is visible (it recalculates every single time anything changes, even when the Auctions tab is NOT visible.) Or alternatively, build in an option to temporarily switch calculations off.

It just doesn't make sense to recalculate 50 times just because I'm posting 50 auctions when I won't even see the recalculated result. For example when I use Auctioneer's Appraiser tab to create auctions. Imagine trying to post 100 auctions, and I already have 500 auctions posted, and it recalculates after each post.
