About Premade Waitlist
Premade Waitlist is for forming premade battleground groups.
Hosting allows order, remove and invite.
Client provides join and shows portion of list relevant to you.
Players without the addon can join via RealId friends request.

- battlenet friendID's are only good for the time you are looping through your friends list
- presenceID's persists somewhat during a session, long enough for waitlist to friend list comparisons
- fixed OnUpdate timer error
- changed refresh button to better graphic

- can't save presenceID's
- can't parse or save |k escape codes (givenname, surname, etc)
- all wailtlist to realID friend list sync is now done by toonName and realm lookups
- events fire before realID data for the event has been transmitted
- added timer to allow data to complete transmission and then handle event
