Thank god for Curse commenters without a clue :P.
ALT-F4 is not a good option. It will cause WoW to shut down without saving its saved variables, options or macros.
Meaning any inventory mod, auction house mod or any other mod that retains data over sessions will not be updated with your changes in the session. Neither will macros you have changed and so on.
Which isn't a good thing for the majority of mod users out there. This mod (ExitNow) makes exiting properly (saving things properly) a bit faster.
