About Buffzilla

Buffzilla is a simple buff reminder addon. You tell it watchs you the buffs your missing. Then Buffzilla will present you click a clickable notification which re-buffs you with the missing buff.

Type, link, or drag buffs you want to track into the box box in the options window. The priority by which the buffs are checked is determined by line order in the box. If you specify a comma-separated list of spells you will only get the Notifier when the buff that was last active expires. If Buffzilla doesn't know which buff was last active it will show the Notifier for the first spell in the list.

Slash Command

Buffzilla has the following slash command /buffzilla or the shorter /bz. Using the it by itself will bring up the options window. The clear command will clear your watch list and the watch command lets you add a spell or a group of spells. the watch command will also accept links from your spellbook. See the examples below to get a feel for it.

  • /buffzilla watch Arcane Brilliance
  • /buffzilla watch Mage Armor, Molten Armor, Ice Armor

The Notifier can be repositioned by right-clicking on the buff icon and dragging it around the screen.

    love it!

maybe it would be possible to add a soulstone reminder, if you are a warlock and your soulstone has no couldown? would be awesome!

    seems to be dead, sadly.

Hoping there will be an update for 3.2 soon! This is the best buff-watcher type addon I've found and I would really like to use it!

Waiting for update to try. GUI would also make it much more appealing.

would love to see an update for 3.0.2

specially with a gui options screen lol. Also...would it be possible to have a minimap button with the buffs you've set up in the options screen? So that to use the buffs you mentioned, all you have to do is click on the minimap button, and have the dropdown of them, and can easily go through your buffs and add them to your current buffs.

Doesn't seem to work for patch 3.0.2

Really like the addon and would appreciate an update.

I'm trying this on my Priest.

I have a small problem, after adding "Inner Fire" it only shows up a grayed out button for Inner fire, it won't allow me to click it.

    It works fine for :
    Power Word: Fortitude
    Shadow Protection

I also tried it with Fear Ward, and ran into a weird issue, as fear ward has a longer cooldown it then blocked the other buffs since I was unable to activate it.
YOu might want to add a "don't show buffs that are still cooling down" or something.

Beyond these issues I really like your mod, it's clean and effective, does JUST what it's supposed to do. keep going!

Thanks dirtag. I'll be posting an updated version soon that will take care of those bugs. Cheers.

Love Buffzilla, it is getting close to exactly what I want in a buff reminder.

I am having the same issue dirtag mentioned below, but on my mage. The notifier works fine for Arcane Intellect at priority 10, and I have Ice Armor at priority 9, but it appears as a greyed out icon that is unclickable.

Also, it would be nice for it to be aware of alternatives to a buff that is set. For example, as I mentioned, I have Arcane Intellect set as priority 10, but if I am in a group and cast Arcane Brilliance instead, the notifier stays up saying that I need arcane intellect. Same goes for the Kiru's Song of Victory buff on the Isle of Quel'Danas.

Otherwise, thank you, and keep up the great work.
