    Addons.

    Any idea for this situation?
  • #121
That's odd, I would try a clean reinstall and see how that goes.
  • #116
Would it be possible to make a section of it, so you could just press one button and it marks all hostile targets in range?
  • #118
That sounds like a job for another addon, thanks for the idea though!

For those of you who are wondering where this update is, I'll take a minute and give some status. I've been quite busy lately with life, working and going to school. I'm actually taking a class in compilers, so writing my compiler project is taking up a great deal of my time.

I do however have a nice update that is coming. I have currently implemented a graphical configuration panel which integrates in a way similar to many addons do for World of Warcraft which has been long overdue. I am using AceConfig to accomplish this which requires some time to get the slash command behavior correct or the same, I'm not sure what I want to do yet.

Additionally, skinning is something I have in the works and I know a lot of people have been asking for this. I can do it programatically at this point I just need to place in the save variables to get this done. The bare minimum at this point is to come out with two skins. One skin will be the default skin that everyone is forced to use right now and another will be a black sleek looking skin that I think looks pretty cool. I plan to add in other skins as we go along, I just need to get this framework started, then its just a matter of looking through all of the WoW interface files to see what looks good.

I'm hoping to get this update out sometime in the next few weeks, if I don't get around to the skinning I will just push out the graphical configuration as a new version. Thanks for your patience!

I do love this addon very much myself. I would LOVE more customization options for colors and stuff. Maybe being able to integrate ButtonFacade into it would be a good start ;) Just a suggestion.

I'll take a look into that, although the only place I've ever seen it used is in Bartender. This makes me think its for action bar type addons that use buttons so I'm not sure how it will fit in, I'll do my research. Thanks for the suggestion!

Took me a while to get back to this, sorry.

Actually, they have a plugin for Poisoner and DoTimers, which is why I suggested it. Not sure entirely how it would work, because I personally don't know diddly about LUA coding, but I do love some of the color schemes for ButtonFacade

    I'll have a look, thanks!

Cant get this to work I put /gm s and it does not bring anything up?

    The slash command is /qm

Great, simple addon. Would love to see the ability to remove the border/background, and would love to have the "hide" only show when QuickMark is unlocked, or removed, since "/qm hide" exists.

    Cheers
