About Raid Invite Organizer
Raid Invite Organizer, or "Rio," is a mod designed to assist raid leaders and officers in the raid invite process. I wanted this mod to be light weight and not take up the memory that other similar mods seem to do. There are two main features included:
Guild Invites - Click on the list of guild members (filtered by rank or offline) to select them for invites. Then send out Mass Invites and let the mod take care of the rest! The mod will automatically convert to raid, and if desired, it will convert to master looter, 10man vs 25man, or normal vs heroic.
Codeword Invites - Specify a list of codewords for people to whisper you. If they whisper any of the codewords, they will receive an invite. Again, the mod will automatically convert and configure the raid. You can associate a timer with the codeword invites in addition to only allowing guild members
Type /rio to bring up the options in game. A minimap icon is also included, but it can be turned off at any time.

@nimrastar - that fix works great! the only thing i've found is when doing a mass-invite with offline people it wouldn't give any errors when trying to invite an offline person while now it complains any time someone is offline. thanks again.
Finally nagged my husband into fixing this addon for me... Sooo, here's the fix! (I haven't tested it fully but it works so far for the Mass Invite function.)
-edit- Comprehensive change list:
In your RIO Addon folder, open your Core.lua file in Notepad
Ctrl+F for every line that says GetNumPartyMembers() and replace that phrase with GetNumGroupMembers()
Ctrl+F for every line that says GetNumRaidMembers() and replace that phrase with GetNumGroupMembers()
Ctrl+F for every line that says IsRaidOfficer() and replace that phrase with (UnitIsGroupLeader("player") or UnitIsGroupAssistant("player"))
This has only been tested for the Mass Invite function for up to a 10man raid. If there are any other bugs that need working out, please post a reply. I will try to keep an eye on this comment page.

please update this is a great addon but mass invite no longer works
I'm having an issue with the minimap button. Left or RIght click doesn't open the options.
Is there anyway of adding the feature of, Promoting main tanks and officers at or above a set level to raid assistant as an automatic feature kind of like the one in the addon "Raid Invite Broadcaster" as it would save me using both addons to do the same job...

Having been half a year I'm assuming this addon is dead?
Add the ability to automotically promote officers to Raid Assist
2 timers. Timer 1: is the total time that raid invites will be active, Timer 2 is how often within timer 1 that RIO spams the guild chat with the customizable invite
1) Spammable (on a timer I set) message in the guild giving keywords and maybe a little custom message.
2) When using the keyword invite timer have the spammable message give the remaining time and a quick countdown in guild chat (or even a chat set via a variable).
Other than that, anything rewolfe mentioned would be great but in my opinion just icing on the cake. This is already the premier raid inviter add-on in my eyes. Thanks for the excellent work! I really look forward to updated versions.
Things that I would say we need (note, a lot of these are mentioned elsewhere)
1. Customizable Guild Chat message prior to the Codeword invite.
2. Have an option to spam guild chat again at the end of the timer in codeword invite (in looking at it, that's not how it's working)
3. In fact, here's how I would do the Codeword invite: 2 timers. Timer 1: is the total time that raid invites will be active, Timer 2 is how often within timer 1 that RIO spams the guild chat with the customizable invite
4. Spell check the Notify message :) Also, give the option to display a window on the screen as well.
5. Add the ability to automotically promote officers to Raid Assist

1. I need a minimum level filter, not to invite lowbies, just only lvl80 (or 85 soon). Will you implement this in future?
then do mass invite.
