About Raid Flare Key Bindings (without errors)
Adds keybindings for raid flares / world markers, using the new 4.3 system that makes it work even if your user interface is "tainted". Yes, you've seen it happen.

Yes, there are several addons like this, but the ones I've tested use pre-4.3 mechanisms for placing the flares, so when your UI decides to start throwing errors, NO MORE FLARES FOR YOU ... until /reload.
I made this addon using new mechanisms in 4.3 that are immune to those errors.
