About Recipe Radar

Recipe Radar assists players in finding recipes. It knows about vendors who sell recipes in the current region or by profession. It has a number of filtering options and can even locate vendors on the world map.

Tips:

  • There are two "tabs": the main "radar" tab and one that searches by profession!
  • You can bind a key to Recipe Radar through the main menu!
  • There are lots of filtering options - use the dropdowns to customize Recipe Radar!

  • Recipe Radar is now able to parse collapsed reputation sections.
  • Corrupted alt databases should be repaired on next use.
  • Trade skill filters (eg. searches) should no longer adversely affect your character's known recipes.
  • This is also true for others' linked trade skills (thank you, Thortok2000!).

    This has saved me a ton of time trying to find recipes/patterns. I highly recommend it to anyone who's serious about keeping their professional skills up to date.

    It appears to be missing "Formula: Enchant Shield - Greater Stamina" which is a rare vendor recipe:

    Sadly, it seems that development has died for Recipe Radar, which is very sad. This was an excellent add-on. All attempts to contact the author have come up empty.

    Hi. In recipe radar you can show and hide recipes with "factions" if you arent alliance you dont have to mark it. could recipe radar mastern do the same with aldor/scryer please. fast as possible. couldent be that hard. thanks great mod.

    I would like to ask something.
    I noticed there was or is a "Fan update" version now, in it there was added recipes from drops. Although this may or may not be the best solution. For a long time I would tell my guild..."I can get vendor, and trainer, but I have to hunt for the dropped ones" Is there a way, as maybe this other person has done...of adding drop recipes? I really did like the fact I was able to have more recipes, as for example my engineer was able to see the 2-3 ones from inside gnomergon, and that even though in a hostile area, I knew where to look for them. It would also me nice to include an average drop rate so the person can decide whether or not it is worth it for them. Thank you.

    This is the orginial mod, the other one is a fan update as Laden was away for a bit. Now Laden is back, and has updated his work.
