Creates a macro that changes between Battle Shout and Commanding shout depending on whether you are buffed with an external Stamina or Str/Agi buff.
The priority is:
- If you have a HP buff and no Str/Agi buff: Battle Shout.
- If you have a Str/Agi buff but no HP buff: Commanding Shout
- If you have both, whichever shout will override the one with the shortest duration.
- If you have neither or both and have previously shouted, the same shout again.
- If you have neither or both and are a prot warrior: Commanding Shout.
- Otherwise: Battle Shout.
Will only update out of combat (sadly).
