About Successful Interrupt Announcer
Addon that announces a message via say, yell, to yourself, party or raid when you successfully interrupt. It also announces the target and spell that was interrupted.
It is based on other similar addons (especially InterruptNoSpam) and prevents the chat spam as it broadcasts only when you do a successful interrupt.
You can configure options at "Interface" -> "AddOns" tab -> "SuccessfulInterruptAnnouncer." There you can change the way it announces (say, yell, party, raid, yourself or multiple choices) aswell as enable or disable: the target (for example "Interrupted Neviem"), spell (f.e. "Interrupted Frostbolt"), both ("Interrupted Neviem's Frostbolt").
It's more than lightweight of course (file<10KB file and memory usage 8KB)

1.6: Toc update for 5.04, Fixed a bug with party number
*Spells and abilities like spell lock, avenger's shield, gag order etc are silences so they can't be made to announce when actually a spell is interrupted but only when cast. So it's not possible to add them. If someone finds a way to do though I'm more than happy to hear it.*

pass it on to some one who players wow you fucking moron
any update on the 5.1 + versions ? :)
I don't play wow anymore but I'll try upload a beta soon and want someone to check if it works right
we will gladly test it :)
since 5.1 there's a new Channel called " instance " , ( /i ) , can you please add this for the interupting channels ? :)
Unfortunately I don't have the original files, but to fix this, edit SuccessfulInterruptAnnouncer.lua and around line 59, after the following two lines:
if UnitInRaid("player") and (INSraid == true) then
SendChatMessage(intmsg, "RAID")
Add in the following:
elseif IsInGroup(LE_PARTY_CATEGORY_INSTANCE) and (INSparty == true) then
SendChatMessage(intmsg, "INSTANCE_CHAT")
Cheers ;o)
Oh thank Bovine, I didn't see your post last time :)
^^^^
Pretty please?

New 1.6 version should fix that, please check it out, thanks!
Is there Anyway to edit the file to add in another line to say the interrupt on? As my raid has a dedicated "interrupt" line.
Can you explain it a bit more? Im not sure I got it.
Yes, that reported error by Noctum28 appears similar to what I have been seeing in Zul'Amun. It is so bad it kept popping the LUA error reporter in the middle of fights, wasn't even doing or had done an interrupt.
I tried copyinhg it, but it was always messing things up.
Also, it seems to be only in Zul'Amun. I do not remember seeing it in Zul'Gurub, but I could be wrong.
This is using the newest version just released, 1.3d.
new 1.4 version fixes that
I got this error today in raid:
Error occured in: Global
Count: 1
Message: ...lInterruptAnnouncer\SuccessfulInterruptAnnouncer.lua line 81:
attempt to concatenate a nil value
Debug:
[C]: ?
...lInterruptAnnouncer\SuccessfulInterruptAnnouncer.lua:81:
...lInterruptAnnouncer\SuccessfulInterruptAnnouncer.lua:36
I should add that I wasn't even interrupting as this error popped up.
