About Satchel Queue

This addon will help you get satchels! It queues for dungeon call to arms (cta) when available for your role

- Plays a sound over the master channel when appropriate queue pops, so you can hear it even if alt-tabbed
- Declines queue pop when there isn't any satchels
- Only queues when the call to arms is available for your selected role(s)
- Stops searching after you enter the dungeon
- Optional screen flash and sound, accessible by /satchel or in the interface options
- Ability to prioritise more recent dungeons (eg, hour of twilight over cata heroic)
- Statistics! View counts of items and gold obtained, accessible by /satchelstats
- Auto-loot prevention, no more accidentally looting BoP items
- Contents listed in the tooltip after peeking

The statistics window is currently very basic and will display gold and item looted in a text field so you can copy it out. If the item names don't show, just hit reload!

That is what I initially tried, once the UI starts autolooting I dont believe it is possible to prevent it

The next revision will have an option to leave BoP items in the satchel when autolooted

this addon just gets better and better <3

Got  confused with the red auto-loot blocked text today when i tried to move it :D just klick to pick up the bag wont work, but click and drag worked. so np there.

I have auto-looted several bags already. guess that wont happen anymore :)

    Awesome addon!

Maybe in the future it would be possible to make the sound choice by a list you can choose from? eventually test

I will look into adding libsharedmedia to this in a future version

Awesome addon, big love. Must love for every tank / healer that want to farm their mounts.

Thanks for writing this little jewel. It is awesome.

I do have a feature request, however, I am not sure if it fits in the scope of the addon:

Is it possible to add a function that disables auto-loot of the satchels when you open them? Since they are BoA you can mail them to your alts but today I accidently looted a mount from one of them that I already owned. And since it is BoP I can't mail it to an alt anymore.

I think http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info9284-Looter.html does the job too, but it's a big tool for such a simple problem...

I just created a beta release with a relatively simple solution; if you mouse over a satchel with auto-loot enabled (and not pressing the loot key), the satchel will be placed on the cursor

I will keep tinkering until I find a better way!

Another beta revision! Now nothing will happen if you attempt to autoloot

It works excellent! Love the red chat text warning too. Nice work :)

Neat! Thanks for the quick responses m8! Installed it, now waiting for a queue to pop up that includes a satchel :P

It's really great, but the playing sound even when I'm alt-tabbed doesn't seem to work, and it seems to decline queue pop ups even when satchels are available.

Check that you have 'Sound in Background' enabled

The addon will decline queue pops when the satchel reward is no longer offered, you should be able to verify this by opening the LFD pane

I know _NPCScan has an option to "unmute for alert sound". This is a very nice function that plays the alert sound, even if you play with game sounds turned off, like me. *hint hint* ;)

The Priorities queuing is a brilliant idea, but is there any chance of being able to prioritise exactly which order to take them.

    For me the order is

1.) Random Hour of Twilight - Short, quick to run, players are normally compitent

2.) Random Dungeon - Short instances, no hard mechanics, hard to wipe

3.) Random Heroic - Longer in length then the other two (ZA, ZG and deadmines prime examples), Harder mechanics then the other two so more scope for players to fail and wipe.

Could a changable priority system be placed in, some each individual could choose which order?

That order is exactly why I added this feature! However, I believe the only reward you obtain from non-heroic dungeons is extra gold
