About ShadowTimers
A simple dot timer for ShadowPriests
Keep track of ShadowWordPain,DevouringPlague,VT,ShadowOrbs
includes VT-recast-timer:
color red == you can cast soon
green == best time to cast
v4.001
added new Dotmechanism
Best time to refresh our dots are:between last tick and before
So we can use our GCD-time to calc the best time
DP last tick comes when fall of target, it ticks at the rate of GCD*2 , so GCD*2 before ending is the best recasttime
VT last tick comes when fall of target, it ticks at the rate of GCD*2, and it has a Casttime of GCD*1 , so GCD*3 before ending is the best recasttime
SW:P should be refreshd by MF

First of all thank you for making a great addon. I've been using it for years and only recently have had a problem. I can't get the addon to show up at all...when I key in /st configmode I get a chart with 3 columns, each with a hading of test 1,2,3 respectively. When I mouse over is displays some information in the chat window that varies but looks something like "stlm: enter! row 7 col 2 value 19. Please help! I reinstalled it from scrath and it did not fix it.
hi there,I love this addon very very much, but im playing warlock now and I cant find an addon for warlock as good as this one.So could you please make an addon for warlock like this?
Hi, I just installed this and I have a major issue, whenever I apply Shadow Word: Pain, I get this LUA error and I have to exit the game to remove it.

Sweet - updated for 4.3. Checkin' it out tonight. Been waiting a while for an update. Thanks!
I LOVE this addon, my only complaint is since the update the stack number of dark evangelism no longer shows. I'd be super happy if you could tell me how to fix it :)
ty for the wonderful addon, helped my dps right away :) had to load it as out-of-date, but still functions fine.
Thers a updated version of this however with added features by http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/shadow-priest-dot-timer
Please update it
I LOVE THIS SHIT UPPDATE NOW
update it for 4.3, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease, pretty pleeeeeease /cry
Yeah, what Ghiaccio said! I love this addon <3 Please update it for 4.3!
Maaaan I love this addon so much, so simple and reliable. Completely gutted it hasn't been updated for the 4.3 patch, will you be planning to? I'm heartbroken without it haha!
I made a similar addon called SpellRedux which can be used by locks and priests. It is more configurable (lets you add your own spells) and tells you when to refresh your dots.

This version helps we figure out when to recast buffs for a dps gain given all the +int/+mastery/+haste procs that happen during a fight. Since dot clipping is no longer an issue, I was mainly concerned with when to recast and when to let my DoTs tick as cast.
Danina, your addon inspired me to make my first addon and I hope that you don't mind that I borrowed liberally from your code to make it work. Thanks.
