About ShieldHealth
Please note that this addon is still in development, release are not stable and you will probably need to reset the settings when you want to update it, I apologize about that.
ShieldHealth is an addon to display absorb effect on you and your target as customizable bars. These effect are displayed by two colored bar showing their values, icons and duration.
Features
- Works with all the class shields.
- Fully customizable shield's bar for the player and his target.
- Display icons and time remaining for two shields and show the value of all shields.
- Icon and timer for priest's rapture and cooldown for ret paladin's sacred shield.
Slash commands
- /shieldhealth or /sh : Open menu option.
- Minor bug fix and little modifications

Added to the 2.17 beta. Sorry for my slowness it was a busy month ...
First I'd like to say this is one of the greatest addons ever made and I'm honestly shocked at how few ppl seem to know about it given it's low download figure but I'm certain it won't be un-noticed for much longer... That said since the latest update to the addon (*edit* version 2.06 according to addon controle panel) it doesn't seem to be functioning at all. The only thing I can do with it is unlock the position of it and lock it once more. There is no visible bar nor is the test bar function working either. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this as there is no other comments regarding it?
Your problem is probably the consequence of my totaly bugged update system, reset your saved variable will fix that (all your settings for ShiedHealth will be lost, I'm sorry), use the following command line (or click the 'Reset all' button) :

Hi, I'm have problem on moving player's and target's bar, not able to drag them. However, Blood Shield Bar and Rapture timer seems fine...
If you checked the checkbox "Enable Pitbull4 module" you will not be able to move these frames they are automatically placed. If you hasn't checked it, it's a bug, I will try to fix it.
well how about shaman's shield Stone claw totem?
This shield is different, there is no information about his value in buff tooltip or combat log, I can display his value only for the player. The base value is in the stone claw totem's tooltip, but when you take damage the displayed value is only an estimation.
PS : I don't kwnow if the tooltip reading will work in all localizations.
I think that the problem is on your side, you can try type the following command lines in the chat :
/run ShieldHealth_SV=nil; ShieldHealth_SV2=nil
/reload
If this don't work, maybe your local is not supported yet, please install the new version.
SharedMedia is totaly optinal it juste brings you more fonts and textures.
Same issue as KTudor. Tried installing both v1.0 and beta v1.14. "Test Mode" shows the bars for placement and visual settings/changes, but bars do not pop up or activate when I or others are shielded. Also tried running the script you suggested, but got no action.
This looks like a nice add-on. Will try again after next version.
I think that I found the source of the problem, I released a new version. It was probably related with localization. I'm sorry about that ...
When I cast PW: Shield on either myself or another, none of the bars show up. I've messed around with the settings and resetting them and it still won't work. Do I need to download SharedMedia for it to work? Thanks.
Also, adding a shadow or outline to the fonts would be great :)
