Love this addon. Thank you for making it :)

Any chance you can add Bastion of Glory tracking underneath it as an identical bar ? Obviously the bar should only appear while in protection spec.

    hi jostor

love your easy-to-use addons. but i have one question concerning the holy power addon:is there a way to manipulate the aspect ratio so that the tiles become more rectangular?

  • #25

    Hey there.

Currently there is no way to alter the ratio of the boxes to be more rectangular. Modifying the display in more ways is a relatively common suggestions and I will look into more options for the future.

This addon is a masterpiece, but why don't you combine all of the addon that looks like this together? I'd give you another thumb up for that! ;D

  • #21

I thought about that but decided not to, not only are the addons already separete and combining them would be a lot of work, especially since how they work on a more "behind the scenes" level is quite different for each class, and combining them would essetially mean reconfiguring it from scratch anyway. Also, people might want to configure them differently for each class with colours and so on, and I personally am kind of a fan of light addons that just do one thing but does it well, that way you avoid bloat and that things get laggy.

Lastly, pure advertising purposes, with the current addon it's easy and fast to find and understand what it does while browsing through the list of addons, and if it had a more generic name it wouldn't be as clear.

I know it can be a little annoying to manage all of the addons, but at least for updating them the curse client helps a lot :)

    Move addon

How do I move the addon? Sorry, I'm new to WoW :)

  • #19

To move the boxes, hold down the ALT key and drag the leftmost box while holding the left mouse button. :)

  • #17

Just came back to WoW, and your addon is a staple of my setup. Love it, great work!

    fix this addon please

  • #12

I would help a lot if you say what is not working with the addon if something isn't working. I have done basic 5.4 testing as well and everything seems to work fine.

  • #16

When you change scaling, the addon will move position. This is on blizzards side and not something I can directly fix.

Try to change the scale in smaller steps, move the addon near the center of the screen and change it in smaller steps, for example first t 1.1, move it back to the middle, then 1.2 and so on.

See if that helps, I know it's a silly bug, but there's not that much I can do to fix it :/

Sry i mean scaling, when i scaling it to 1.5 it dissapears completly when i relogging is the same...

i play with the enGB client on Europe (German Server)

sry for my english, iam german. :P

Is this in 5.3 or 5.4?

Do the boxes just completely disappear and nothing else happens?

Does changing other settings (like just moving the addon) work?

Does the error persist after relogging/reloading UI?

What language/region do you play in?

Does the addon seem to be displaying correctly when you initially log in?

  • #13

I try to change the scale by /shp scale but then the addon disappears completely until i reset. I have enabled lua-errors, but none pop up and tryed with all other addons disabled. Thanks in Advance!
