About Sinestra Wrack Helper
Info
Sinestra Wrack Helper displays a customizable set of bars that provide an easy-to-see warning as to when Wrack needs to be dispelled off of raid members.
Each bar shows:
- The player's name
- The time that wrack has been active on them
- How much damage the next tick of wrack will do on them.
- Each bar is also colored based on the time that Wrack has been active on a unit.
Slash commands are \swh, \sinestrawh, and \sinestrawrackhelper
/swh config or /swh options to display the options.
All features of the addon can be configured to look pretty much any way you want.

Attempted a fix in 2.3.1.
After two nights of working on Sinestra, we have noticed that once in a while SWH misses Wrack on someone. Twice tonight this happened. It doesn't seem to be a range issue, as once it was me that was affected with an initial Wrack yet SWH never popped up a bar showing me (or any other helper) the timer on the debuff.
Both times it didn't show someone having Wrack it was on the initial Wrack debuff (ie; with 60 seconds left). Once it was on the very first Wrack cast during the fight, so it wasn't an issue with a dispel going out on the previous instance of Wrack just as it was being recast.
99% of the time it's an excellent mod that does very well.
Seeing as Sinestra is now 2 tiers old, the only updates this addon will be getting are updates to blizzard changes that break it entirely. I'm aware of the bug where sometimes it doesn't pick up a debuff, but it was extremely elusive throughout the whole time I was working on Sinestra, and the chance of me killing it again and getting the chance to figure out the bug is just about zero.
Can't wait to see what Blizz does with Sinestra when dispels gain an 8-second cooldown. :P
Thanks for hearing me out.
I think showing all the bars isn't necessarily a bad idea, especially if you can flatten the size of a bar if the person doesn't have Wrack, or even just put it in such a light color that it's virtually invisible or is greyed out.
