  • #618

When I open my tradeskill window, it's completely empty.  No recipes showing at all.  Did I miss something?

Life:  A sexually transmitted disease with no cure and 100% mortality rate.

  • #617

im having prob with inscription, some times it displys the scan is incomplete. and it take a lot to update, a few minutes. do you have any comando or fix to update the addon

  • #616

Just starting with this addon, giving it a try. Been using ATSW for yonks. Maybe add an option to change that horrible green bar at the top of the window?

  • #615
Re: Skillet - trouble with Bronze

There is a minor bug that I've noticed in Mining.  When you try to smelt Bronze from raw materials, i.e. copper ore and tin ore, it only smelts the tin ore into tin bars.  The copper is never queued up.  So, it requires an extra step.  I don't recall this being an issue in the earlier versions of WoW up to Cataclysm.

I started a new character and cleared out my saved variables to hopefully cope with the Mists expansion, but this bug remains.

  • #613

This addon prevents me to change my talents, and the Blizzard disable tainted addon confirmation pops up

  • #614

Can you paste error message? Skillet is not using Bliz UI for confirmation popups anymore to prevent tainting.

  • #621

From what I know, this is a Blizz bug when changing talents/glyphs.  It seems to just pick a random addon to blame, and disabling the addon doesn't change anything - it just blames something else next time.  I think the solution is just to relog/reloadui until it works without the error (it's sporadic).

I just switched to Skillet after using ATSW forever - and so far, I love it.  Not just showing the cooking sub-skills, which is why I switched, but other little things too, like showing how many of an item I already own, and switching so easily between professions right in the window.

  • #612

A feature request that would probably be way too much work but I'd love anyway: "Show only recipes from current expansion." I've got almost every Tailoring recipe in the game but sometimes I only want to see the things that are brand new, you know?

  • #610

Skillet seems to work for all of my professions except cooking. When I try to open Cooking in Skillet I just see a blank group header for "Unknown Recipes" and no actual recipes to make. I deleted the addon and the saved variables for Skillet and reinstalled the latest version from Curse and I still have the same problem. Is it possible a specific recipe is causing the problem?

  • #608

happened on enchanting when clicking 1 of the shatter spells from the quick link option.

  • #607

is it me that don't know how to get the auto prospecting to work (tried both alt+click and right click), or is it not working at current ?

prospecting was not working, I just published new version with proper milling/prospecting and ignored enchanting shatters

  • #606

Is there any way possible to separate the shopping list from the addon window? Would be nice to create a shopping list that can be opened separately.

  • #605

Nice work on the latest version with the split into "Ways" for cooking.  I just wanted to note that when I simply updated using CurseClient, Skillet was thoroughly broken.  It scrolled to the bottom of the (non-split) list, threw a lua error, and then wouldn't scroll back up.  A complete uninstall (incl SV's) and reinstall fixed it.  Just an FYI if anyone else experiences the same issue.

  • #602

Hi guys, Thanks for all your work on this great addon! I was wondering if it is possible to include an additional feature... I am having trouble keeping track of my cooking skills in the different "ways" and have little idea if creating an item will infact increase my cooking skill or just the skill in that "way", I was wondering if it would be possible to A) include a skill/way tracker (showing the current skill in each "way") and B) to split the known pandarian recipies under their different "way" header?

Once again, many thanks for all your hard work!
