I have noticed that Skillet does not support the DK Runeforging . . . as such, Skillet is not useful for the DK . . .are there plans to support Runeforging with Skillet? Skillet has been my past favorite, no-nonsense crafting addon, and I was truly greatful when the updates came for 4.0.1. I dropped the next alternative ATSW and began using Skillet again with no screen freezes or lag. However, when I logged my DK to do some forging, there was nothing on the screen to choose. I then had to reload ATSW for the runeforging and crafting for the DK. ALl of the rest of my toons are using Skillet . . . but there are obvious problems with running two crafting addons on the same account with multiple toons. Please fix soon.
  • #264
How often do you runeforge, every time you get a weapon which is like....very rare? Considering there's only like 10 runeforge options does this even matter? I have only opened my runeforge tab like 3 times since i've started my dk about a year ago. Perhaps try the clone to see if it has this feature if you still require it.
  • #266
What would it matter how often it is used? The point made is that it is a feature no longer working in Skillet. Matters not how often it is used, just that when needed, it is not available. Try to be a little constructive with your comments m8.
  • #267
Runeforging still works as with default blizzard ui even when skillet enabled. Functionality is still there, though i now get a message as below. It is good to see that you are hypocritical in your words with such an constructive first post. At the end of my post i had posted an alternative option.
  • #265
After opening my runeforge window to check, i know get a skillet msg: "Skillet: No longer know runeforging"
  • #268
Thanks for your comments . . . and I appreciate you trying to help here, but the default blizz ui is giving me a total blank page for runeforging . . . that is the reason for my original post . . . i tried the clone as well, and no help . . . Thank you cunct for your comment as well. The fact is that I have more than one DK on more than one server and also on different factions. Runeforging is a normal activity every level or so for the DK as they level up and aquire more weapons from loot drops or crafts, unless they are using heirloom gear, which mine are not. My DK are all dual spec and frequently raiding. Interestuing you only use Runeforging 3 times in one year.

I do however have my own solution for this present problem . . . when i need to use forge, I simply use ACP to turn off Skillet and turn on ATSW . . . reload ui and do my work, then reverse the process and proceed as normal. Would still like to see SKillet support for Rundforging and look for a response to my post from Lilsparky or one of the authors. Thanks again for your comment.
  • #274
Something must be interfering or conflicting I'm assuming if you see a blank page, as my one works and i have used skilled, atsw, lilsparky before. You could try disabling all you addons and just enable skillet and see if it works. If that doesn't then try deleting your saved variables (backup first) and try again.
  • #275
Btw i have just updated skillet to v2 and seems like its the clone version with runeforge support.
  • #261
If you want you can try out fixed clone. Download latest version from here:

It's already usable, but may throw some errors here and there. You can of course report them.
  • #262
What is the difference between clone and this, last time i tried the clone it didn't seem to offer advantages over the original.

My BIGGEST feature request, and something I added myself to the last version, would be the tie in to Altoholic to show item inventory for crafted items.
  • #258
Any chance you could include some of lilsparky's features, the big one being able to view alt's professions?

This update seems not work on french client. The one before 4.0 was ok.

    Lua error :

Message: Interface\AddOns\Skillet\Locale\Locale-frFR.lua:23: AceLocale(Skillet): Can only accept true as a value on the base locale. "enUS" is the base locale, "frFR" is not.

Locals: (*temporary) = "AceLocale(Skillet): Can only accept true as a value on the base locale. "enUS" is the base locale, "frFR" is not."

I have deleted Locale-frFR.lua in Locale folder. Skillet runs perfectly, but in english.
If you could correct the mistake (I don't find it, but I'm not an expert), it would be great.
