SmartAddonBlocker

Automaticly ignore players temporary which use spam-addons.
Thanks to Belae of Khaz'goroth-US for Ignore Addon Spam.

SmartAddonBlocker is only active in raid by default. It tries to detect raid bosses and automaticly activates itself if the combat starts.
After combat it automaticly deactivates itself and removes the players of the ignore list.

Beware! This addon will put 50-80% of your raid on ignore temporary.
But it is the only way to block these addon spam messages by the server, before they reach your client and you get disconnected.

- FAQ -

Q1: How can I configure SmartAddonBlocker?
A1: Type in the chat "/sab ?" or "/sab help" and you get a list of all commands

Q2: Why ignores players in my raid?
A2: It is the only way to block addon spam messages by the server.

- Features -

Supports all clients
Automatic enable/disable for raid bosses
White list to exclude players which will never ignored
Healer mode which does not block all healer addons
Manual toggle option

- Chat commands -

Type /sab [command] or /smartaddonblocker [command] in game to toggle

Command	Description
wl	Adds your target to the whitelist
rm #	Removes a name (#) or your target of the whitelist
hm	Healer mode, does not block healer addons, if enabled
ae	Toggles auto enable
ad	Toggles auto disable
im	Toggles ignore info message
sc	Toggles the spam counter
ss	Shows spam addons (if spam counter is enabled)
cc	Clears the spam counter cache
reset	Reset all to default

I really love this addon. I don't D/C anymore on bosses!
However, will this addon also ignore the messages from people who have an addon that tells who to bite on Blood Queen or who's got the Unbound Plague on Putricide Heroic?
Because if it does, I might need to disable this addon!

Yes it *might* but you can always whitelist by typing "/sab wl name".

I installed and it worked like a charm. Until I logged in a seldom used alt to get a message "Oh so you aren't ignoring me on ALL your chars". Went back and looked and every char that had been in a raid fight had a page full of ignores. It doesn't seem to clear the /ignore list AND I can't seem to find any menu of options.

Ignoring the player is the only way currently to block the spam which sends this player.

Hello. I came across this addon a couple days ago and found it to be useful since I am on a dial up connection as this addon will help reduce my latency during encounters. I still can't do 25 mans but this will for sure help 10 mans out.

I was wondering if there was a way you could have this addon to work during trash mob pulls in raids? Most of the time its more intense during trash cause there will be tons of AoE and mobs.

You can switch off the auto enable & disable function
/sab ae
/sab ad
and then enable/disable it manually any time you like

If you got an WoW error, then you have a serios problem. in this case no addon can save the current state before the crash and the players will stay on ignore. In any other case the addon saves the ignored players and removes them after login.
