About Sergeant's Revenge Anti-Duel Mod

Sergeant's Revenge Anti-Duel Mod (SRAD), is an extremely small addon that automatically declines duel requests from everyone unless explicitly disabled via slash command. Commands are /sr and /ad. Typing either of those commands simply toggles the mod on and off. It is automatically enabled at every login.
