About TicketMonitor
I find that the current GM ticket system is well poor! Some of the problems with it are:
- You can't tell how long you have been waiting... (Guess this is there way of stopping you from realising you have been waiting 14hours! ;-))
- You don't get any warning after waiting 14 hours that they are now reading your ticket and will talk to you any min now... (which they could!)
- You don't even get a whisper any more to tell you when they want to talk to you. Just a small icon in the top corner which is SOO easy to miss!
- They don't tell you the Estimated time you will wait (Even though the system is setup to do it they just don't tell us!)
SOOO apart from the last one that is down to blizzard just keeping you in the dark this addon can fix the GM ticket waiting system by doing the following:
- The ticket wait window now has a timer on it to tell you how long you have been waiting! :-)
- When the GM starts to read your ticket you will get alerted by messages and also an audiable alert! (These will repeat every now and then to make sure you don't miss it...
- Then when the GM contacts you there will be a HUGE alert sound! :-D (This will also repeat encase your out of the room)
If you have a suggestion or bug then please by all means post a comment below but also PLEASE add a ticket here.
That way it will help me keep track of stuff I need to do. Also it will allow other people to vote on them, for example with bugs, people can say that this bug is more important that the other one or that they want/don’t want certain functionality someone has requested. Finally it keeps all the comments together for each bug or new functionality AND people can subscribe to each ticket individually to tell you when something has been fixed!
Again to add a ticket this go to http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/ticketmonitor/ (curseforge is the developers side of curse) then login with your curse.com account info and open a ticket. Please remember to specify if it is a bug or new functionality etc...

meant to be .. instead of .
But correcting this will give you another error in line 298 about the ...; which I haven't been able to figure out just yet.
Either way, nice idea of an addon. Hope you get it working.
I tend to take a peek at addon's code before installing them nowadays and this one looks clean and straightforward for the most part.
One thing I noticed is that it loads Ace2 (Acelibrary to be exact for Deformat) but never uses it and same goes for ChatThrottleLib.
Any reason to carry that "excess baggage"?
By way of feature request if you can see something like this for the future:
Ability to relocate the default ticket window would be nice.
Thanks for the addon.
Enjoy.

Zas
