About Traveler

Traveler is a mage utility for those who wish to sell ports for gold.  It sits in the background and monitors the channels you've joined and notifies you when someone is asking for a port.

The interface allows you to manage multiple ongoing port requests, see where customers are, where they want to go, and allows you to invite them and whisper them.

It also allows for banning users if you wish so that they won't show up in the future.

Selling 10g ports can make gold pretty quickly, especially if you're just sitting in town anyway.  It's fun to hear the notification and know you can make a quick buck.

    For some reason, maybe I don't understand what I'm doing tho there are only a few options, my previous purchasers don't show. The window shows them for a few minutes after they whisper me, and i can whois or invite them from it, and also the LUA data file under WTF saves the info, but NIETHER place shows the amount made/gold. Any idea what I am doing wrong? My 'Today's Sales' always shows zero.

    It doesn't seem to do anything I'm afraid. Saw someone advertise looking for a portal and not a peep from the addon.

    Yep, I have had it installed for about a week and it has not done a thing. I am using it primarily to notify me of people LF ports in the chat. Do I have to advertise for it to work? I don't want to do that at this time, I just want it to watch for LF ports in the chat. Please advise, thanks.

    I just uploaded the latest build. It seems to work although I haven't done extensive testing. Also I need to fix the panel artwork. Send me bug reports.

    This is the last day of December and the year 2010. Most of the mighty portals in Outlands and Azeroth are closed. We are at the mercy of mages and locks and their amazing abilities. This tool could not be more timely deployed. I beseech this community to acknowledge the need by petition to the author to breath new life into this code.

    Malex, this is a great program. I see a lot of potential. It works wonders so far, but if somehow you could add something so I could advertise on trade for a port, and have it repeat in adjustable intervals, this would be much better
