About War3 kgPanels Art
War3 Human Panel Art
I ripped these panels from the Warcraft III human campaign and edited them so they work better for WoW. I originally designed them for 1920 x 1200 (my resolution) but using kgPanels you can resize them for any resolution.

How to get the portrait to work
The portrait actually sits underneath of the art. Once you get the portrait in the right position you have to set the art's strata to slightly higher than the default, so that it is higher than the portrait. Next make a blue and black gradient square with kgPanels that sits below the portrait to create the background.
