About WhenLevel
A simple addon that tracks when your character levels and how much time is played. Use the slash command /whenlevel to get a brief report of recorded data.

Fixes the problem where the data was not being displayed properly in the configuration panel.
Updates the interface to 40300.
Asks for the time played immediately upon startup since Blizzard no longer does this any more.
