About WhisperBroker
WhisperBroker keeps track of your last received whispers. It displays the time and name of the last person who whispered you. The tooltip offers more. You can see the last two whispers of every Person you received since your login. The whispers are shortened, but you hopefully never miss a whisper again.
WhisperBroker needs any kind of display addon like Titan Panel, Chocolate Bar, etc.

With r10 in WoW 4.3 live, the "enable clickable tooltip" option bugs out checking and unchecking it. Along with clicking the tooltip. The same error repeats:
Behavior due to the fact this is using the deprecated & obsolete LibQTipClick-1.1 library. A library whose functions were integrated into the main LibQTip library (which is updated & working) 2.5 years ago. The mod needs to be updated to use LibQTip alone.
It also doesn't save whispers between sessions; whether or not that's a design limitation, it makes the mod not as useful as some others of this type.

I have "Display Whisper Counter" disabled, "Enable Clickable Tooltip" disabled and "Use Local Time" disabled.
