What's the purpose of this final release? It feels somewhat unfinished. The new assignment window is pretty nice but first off, the class colors are way off, (Mages being DK red, Rogues being Mage blue etc). Also, kinda miss the "Self loot" option as well as the randomize option let alone the chat spam who gets what. Kinda handy.
Uh. Well, You did see the red text when it loaded, right? If not, XLoot (The updated version which includes a re-written version of XLoot Master) already disabled it.
All the "Final" versions do nothing but tell you that you should go use that. It'll be that way for a bit until these pages are deleted, as they're redundant now.
Please make sure you remove this and have XLoot installed, and if you still have those problems open a ticket here: http://www.wowace.com/addons/xloot/tickets/
Maybe i have a bug but i can´t see rogue´s in the master window.

Love this addon and really want to see it continue to be developed. I'll test it with our guild runs and post any bugs I come accross.
XLootMaster alpha for MoP on the project site.
Lots of options and features missing - monitored rolls, announcing etc - but (a) no more outdated Ace2 libs (b) no XLoot (Old plugin support) needed (c) class menu, instead of that humongous new masterlooter window, disenchanter, banker support, support for the new 'request roll' feature of MoP (d) works with default lootframe or XLoot1.0 out of the box (e) 'hey it's a start'
Not compatible with WoW 4.x
A little more info about what's ahead. (pending Xuerian's rubber stamp ofc)
- Options will no longer clutter the dropdown itself, they will be at the Interface options panel like a normal addon.
- Announcements: on the todo list
- Manual roll monitoring, epgp, priority list: under review. Are these really necessary? (keeping in mind that MoP allows the masterlooter to request the server to spawn need/greed/de group loot prompts for the raid and new XLootMaster supports this feature)
- Alternative ways of setting special recipients 'on the fly' (banker, disenchanter): on the todo list (currently with targeting a raid member and pressing the respective XLootMaster keybind found in Interface Options -> Keybinds)
No you're absolutely right, I wasn't writing any features off, just asked for some feedback

I'm going to try put everything that the old XLootMaster had in (and a couple new features like banker/de) was just leaving the more involved / specialized features last (epgp, priority lists, manual /roll announce and tracking etc)
I'm going to say that you may want to wait for feedback on the new version before completely writing features off, XLootMaster was made due to a community request, after all - and it should probably be tagged rXX-alpha so curse will push files here.
Other than that, it sounds good. If enough people aren't trying it out, a separate and temporary MoP project/WoWI page might help get some useful feedback.
how do you move the Loot pop up frame? i can move looted items list/frame but not the Pop up loot frame after installing and putting it in a good place. i would like to move it slightly
What pop up loot frame do you mean? The loot window itself?
How can i change Xloot Master to NOT announce to guild chat? I've been through the GUI options for xloot and cannot find it, nor anything specific to xloot MASTER. I love the addon but spamming who won loot in my guild chat windows while masterlooter is turned on is getting annoying. I guess i could just leave loot on the corpse and not award it >:)
Just edit the "XLootMaster.lua" file, you can get rid of or comment out the lines 526-528 from if you want to still keep them there.
Commented out has it look like this:

yup, /xloot options did the trick, many thanks for the response! The /xloot master command I was trying to use was simply what xloot kept telling me to use (updated version and such...or at least what I thought was the updated version...perhaps not since it keeps telling me to use the incorrect command)

This is because the internal values for announcements are:
1: Never
2+: Item quality + 1
eg:
1: Never
2: Poor
3: Normal
...
This wouldn't be a problem if you were using /xloot options or /oldxloot options =)
