The fact the Lord of the Rings Online is a huge success is no secret. After having met up with Turbine's Jeffrey Steefel, it is not hard to understand why. He shows a level of excitement and dedication to the game that really is reflected in how the game plays and displays visually.
Lord of the Rings Online, as we all know, is set in the third age of middle earth. One of the questions we asked Jeffrey, was around the second age of middle earth, that of the book "The Silmarillion" as many have noted - might be more suitable for an MMO.
