Well, planetside is probably the only mmo-fps still alive...

I had a blast during the 2 years I played it.

I consider myself as a poor shooter.  Piloting Galaxy, field medic and enginer, mag driver, etc... I still had a ratio over 1/1.

Everytime I resubscribe for 1 month, I feel the game stopped to evolve and still feel like I was playing Ultima Online 2d.

We really need an new generation MMOFPS.

This year we shall see Huxley, Global Agenda and Jumpgate(not a shooter but is refreshing to see new style comming in the MMO).

Don't forget to signup for the Beta :)

Yeah; I haven't seen something use the unreal 3d engine in a while either..especially in the MMORPG world!

Agreed -- I can't wait to play it.  It reminds me so much of the excitement I felt when I saw PlanetSide for the first time.  Hopefully the developers do it right and create an engaging experience.  :)
