All kinds of new new things announced today for the next Runes of Magic patch. The patch will go live Tuesday at about 1 A.M. The patch will introduce guild halls to the game which will grant access to storage facilities and allow guild leaders to place furniture. There will be several new changes to damage calculations, Stamina to defense ratios, chance to hit percentage, and changes in the skills for each class. ...

The wait is over! Runes of Magic announced this morning that they will continue with plans to release the game March 19th! We've had a lot of time in the beta so far and the game has really been a blast. It differs from several online games with the advanced features, including housing and cross server battles, that really make the game stand out from the competition. RunesofMagic.com grows ever closer to releasing the new Kalin Shrine dungeon! The shrine will feature several new enemies including crystal tortoises that can bind players in ice for ten minutes! Regin himself, the final boss of the dungeon, can use black magic to summon previously slain bosses back to life to do battle with you! This dungeon should be extremely challenging and we look forward to it!...

RunesofMagic.com has announced the "Pimp Your Character Week" Event! Prices have been reduced in the Item Shop to coincide with this event, which will being March 3rd and continue until March 6th. To go along with the lower prices there are also going to be a few new items added to the shop; they are the Godly Redemption Ticket, and the Advanced Ornament Driller. The Ornament Driller should give you an extra rune slot on Ornaments, and the Godly Redemption Ticket erases all XP and TP debt from your primary class....

The RoM Addon Developers Contest has come to an end! Curse.com and Frogster America Inc. worked together to offer in game rewards to authors of Addons uploaded here in our RoM Addon Section. During this event we have given out nearly 100,000 Diamonds roughly valued at around 4000$! We're thrilled that Authors stepped up to the challenge of making some of the best Addons currently available for Runes of Magic!...
