For those who missed it, the pirate quests which were introduced for the "Talk like a Pirate day" are actually reactivated on both the US and the EU Lord of the Rings Online servers. My personal guess would be that it's in prevision of the soon to come "appearance slots". Anyway, that's fun additional content to enjoy if you have missed the past event, or for your alt characters.
