Arena tournaments and Canadians

Dear Blue- Do not delete this post again. According to your Game Master Department, this is the correct forum.

Canadians are not eligible for arena tournaments. On the forums, I've been led to believe that is is due do Canadian lottery laws and that if I want this changed I should contact my "lawmakers".

My question for Blizzard is this-

What law do you believe is preventing you from offering this to Canadians?

If the answer is to have this changed, it helps to know which law you believe is preventing you from doing so.

I've posted this numerous times and the only blue response I've gotten was that my post was in the wrong forum. Legal@blizzard.com is not a valid email address. Email to support tells me to post in this forum.

As far as I am aware the eligibility for the tournament has not been announced. When it is, if Canadians are not eligible it would be something to bring up in the general forum, not in this test forum.

Currently everyone is eligible to participate in the test tournament realm.
