tamen saidDo not use this! Even though I turned off the "Delete if worth less than..."-feature it still cleaned out half my bags while disenchanting, including a couple of epics.
I first caught it deleting the mats I was disenchanting. Then I turned off that feature. But it went right on to delete my mount and other stuff.

brendon saidV3.5 is very buggy, I'v been using it since it came out in february and quite often it stops deleting trash loot that I have specified by name and I have to reload wow to fix it. This happens at least once a day on the days I use it.

Arturos saidUpdated to V3.5 Excellent changes and I love Loot Filter, one of the best addon's in the game IMHO.
With 3.5 I am having an error when attempting to use the pull down under the "Type" Tab. I can only see "Armor" under the pull down, and when I click on the Pull Down arrow, nothing happens.
Suggestions?

subbass saidUsing the 'clean' option doesn't seem to be working, it is listing the trash I want to delete just fine but then does nothing when choosing to delete (and yes I am sure).
Fantastic addon, makes farming cloth from lower instances an almost enjoyable experience instead of the hell it used to be dodging 'trash' on loot.

danzor saidOpening clams seems to break after a while. It opens 3 or 4 then afterwards the loot cursor turns black and you can't loot anything until relogging.

The dropdown list error is, as far as i know, caused by something other than Loot Filter. It occurs in Blizzard code/xml and i have no idea how to fix it. Did you try disabling all other addons and then running Loot Filter?

x3source saidDo you plan on fixing the dropdown combo boxes in the configuration window? They still do not work for me, and due to not being able to fully configure the mod I am going back to "Itemized Deductions." Id like to see this stuff fixed though because this is a more automatic mod.

Please try and use Loot Filter 3.3 (change log on http://www.lootfilter.com , read it!). Set it up to use Loot Caching and add the name of your shards to the delete names.
You are correct that deleting items using the clean tab has stopped working. I will have fixed this in the 3.4 version. Thanks for reporting that.
Please let me know if 3.3 allows you to do what you want.

normi08 saidOk to describe it a bit better:
In Loot Filter 1.93 i was able to set everything to keep under Quality and Type and than
under Name move the Soul Shard to DELETE. If i than opened the Clean Tab
it listed all my Shoul Shards there except from my Soul Bag, wich i excluded.
I need this because i use a skill that gives a shard on each kill all the time
filling my inventory in no time. As far as i figured this is still somehow possible to do
if i move the type Miscellaneous/Reagent and the quality/white (wich is a soul shards quality) to not care, but this is not cool because other things
are also filtered that way. So maybe it is possible for you to just change the order u check
if something is to be cleaned or not back to the way it was in 1.93.
Another thing is: Starting with version 3.1 or 3.2 it also refuses to delete the shards in the clean tab after i select yes, i am sure, it simply does nothing.

Meter said@pantslessman
This is by design. You have to select the items you want to keep. This is only so when using loot caching or when you are selling btw.

pantslessman saidI'll clarify: If i select the left column in the quality tab. then it lists that quality in the clean tab. Make more sense?

Meter saidLoot Filter was never intended to work with soul shards. I do not know why Loot Filter worked in the past. As far as i know creating a soul shard should not fire the LOOT_CLOSED event, the event Loot Filter uses to start filtering. At this time Loot Filter will still delete any items that were looted that did not match any keep properties, but did match a delete property.
That being said, you could probably still get it to work by using the loot caching option and turn off the keep items with no value option. Also disable filtering your soul shard bag (general tab). I could probably improve the loot caching by not only checking the keep properties but also by checking the delete properties if no keep properties match. If a match is found i would delete those items first instead of the item with the lowest value. Do you understand what i am proposing? If so would that help you?
