Have a question? Check the wiki!

Bagnon is an addon that merges all of your bags into three frames: One for your inventory, one for your bank, and one for your keyring. Beyond the basic all-in-one inventory functionality, Bagnon also provides the following features:

  • Items can be colored based on quality
  • Quest items can be highlighted
  • Text searching (see syntax below)
  • Offline viewing of inventory information from your other characters (via Bagnon_Forever)
  • Databroker plugin support. Both the inventory and bank frames allow you to display a databroker plugin in the bottom left corner. I find this works well with things like Currency Tracker

Included Addons
  • Bagnon – Provides single window displays for your inventory, bank, and keyring
  • Bagnon_Config – Provides a means of configuring said frames :P
  • Bagnon_Forever – Enables the ability to view your character’s bank, or items from any other character on the same server, from anywhere. (You need to log onto each character at least once for this to work).
  • Bagnon_Tooltips – When hovering over an item, this tells you who has an item, and where.
Slash Commands
  • All commands can start with either /bagnon or /bgn
  • /bagnon keys – Toggles the keyring frame
  • /bagnon bags – Toggles the inventory frame
  • /bagnon bank – Toggles the bank frame
  • /bagnon config – Displays the main options menu
Search Syntax
  • Bagnon 2.0 uses the same search syntax as Combuctor.
  • To find an item by name, simply type the items name. Typing “silk” will find all items that have “silk” in their name.
  • To find an item by type, subtype, or equip location, type t:search. “t:weapon” will find all weapons. “t:main” will find all main hand items.
  • To find an item by quality, type q:quality.“q:epic” will find all epic items. You can also use a quality number. “q:0” will find all grey items.
  • To find an item by name, type n:name. “n:muffins” will find all items with names containing “muffins”.
  • To find items in an equipment set, type s:equipmentSet. “s:fire” will find all items in equipment sets you have with names that start with “fire”.
  • Searches can be negated using “!”. “!q:epic” will find all items that are NOT epic.
  • A union of two searches can be performed using the | operator. Typing “q:epic|t:weapon” will find all items that are either epic OR weapons.
  • An intersection of two searches can be performed using the & operator. Typing “q:epic&t:weapon” will find all items that are epic AND weapons
  • The following search keywords are also supported:
    • boe – Bind on equip items.
    • quest – Items with “quest item” in their tooltips.
    • bop – Bind on pickup items.
    • boa – Bind on account items.

I'm having an issue with the new version and 3.3. Wow actually will crash shortly after loading any of my characters. The crash refers to Imem.cpp with an error stating there wasn't enough space. I'm not at my machine now, so I can't post the exact error, but is this issue known? I tried clearing my cache files but that didn't seem to work. I can't use the addon as of right now. If I disable bagnon, everything works fine. What other information can I provide to help?

My mistake, it just happened again. It says there isn't enough space to allocate. The error appears in .\src\lmemPool.cpp

I tried OneBag3 as well and got the same error. It's leading me to believe that maybe it's not Bagnon, but a problem with WoW? I cleared out my WTF and Cache folders...going to see if that helps.

I deleted your post because you pasted an entire bug report in the comment section. Please use either the curseforge issue tracker, or my google code one for stuff like that :p

For your issue, however, try deleting all bagnon folders and installing the latest version.

I can't play WoW without a bad addon, and this is my favorite. I love it.

Hey Tuller, below you said that "Forever only tracks what is in your inventory, so this is intended"

but if I remember correctly, there WAS an "AH:3" field in the tooltip before was there not? So I mean, you must have put it there. Or am I thinking it's bagnon when it's really another addon?

You're thinking of another addon. Unfortunately, I do not know which one.

Got it! It was Altaholic. Here's a screenshot:

    http://i50.tinypic.com/2rpuped.jpg

Altaholic can see the AH at all times, so I guess it somehow modifies your tooltips to also display AH count info? Maybe you should consider adding it to Bagnon, it's very useful to see how much total you have across your bank, bag, and AH (since AH can be considered a form of storage, and in fact some auctioneers actually do use the AH as extra storage).

Oh actually, I guess their tooltips are completely separate so that's why it's duplicated in my screenshot. I'll be disabling bagnon's tooltips for now, hopefully you'll be able to integrate the AH sometime in the future, so I that I can not enable Altaholic. Cheers.

i'm more likely to allow bagnon to read from altoholic, instead of adding ah support :P

Are you sure that bagnon 2.12.3 is ready for 3.3? If you look in /components/moneyFrame.lua, you find:

    if MouseIsOver(_G[name .. 'GoldButton']) then

According to the patch notes for 3.3, "“MouseIsOver” has been converted to a “C” function for increased efficiency (e.g. /dump PlayerFrame:IsMouseOver() ).". I don't know if MouseIsOver works anymore, but I guess we will find out shortly

MouseIsOver actually still exists, and calls frame:IsMouseOver. I still need to switch it to remove an extra call, though :)

So, if you downloaded 2.12.2, you had a bit of a surprise: Bagnon_GuildBank. While it is stable and usable for about 80% of guild bank functionality, it was not my intention to include it at this time.

I have released 2.12.3, which does not include Bagnon_GuildBank.

Hi, I was wondering if you would consider adding an option to show Honor Points and another option to show Arena points to the left of how much Gold you have at the bottom of the Bagnon window. It would be pretty sweet if it shows stuff like that as well as a mini pull up or pull down window to show an emblem/badge count. Thanks for your consideration! Love Bagnon!
