even though it would take me a whole minute to get around this -- its still not cool.

Hi neb0,

Were it up to us, we would open up all contests and giveaways to all regions. Each region has different laws about online giveaways and each publisher has their own set of restrictions we must follow when we set up contests and giveaways with them.

I'm really sorry and were I in your position, I'd be annoyed too. But it's really just something we don't have control over.
